All information required in order to advertise venues on UK-Parties and associated websites is non-personal. We only accept business contact information for publication and will endeavour to filter personally-identifiable information from the details provided by you. For example, we will not store or publish email addresses that are clearly personal addresses, for example johnsmith@hotmail.com even if you provide this to us as a contact address for the business in question.

For the avoidance of doubt, we do not collect or process details classed in GDPR as "sensitive personal information".

If you instruct us to advertise your business on our websites, we may share your business email address and, optionally if provided, your business telephone number with website visitors until you tell us that you no longer require an advertisement listing.

From time to time we may send you email alerts highlighting suitable potential customer enquiries raised via our websites that we believe you will be interested in based on the information you provide about the business services you offer.


What are the legal grounds for our processing of your personal information?

Where it is needed to provide you with our services, namely the provision of advertisement listings for entertainment related services as per your stated requirements.

If you instruct us to advertise your business, we may share your business email address and, optionally if provided, your business telephone number with website visitors until you tell us that you no longer require an advertisement listing.

If you tell us that you no longer require an advertisement listing for entertainment related services, we will stop sharing your details with site visitors.

Alternatively, you may withdraw consent by writing to the email address admin@uk-parties.co.uk from the email address you are wishing to withdraw consent for. Please allow 5 working days for confirmation.


How can you request details of the personal information we hold about you?

We only ever store your business email address and, optionally if provided by you, a business telephone number and business Facebook / Twitter links.

However, under the GDPR, we have to offer you by law a method to enquire about the personal information we hold about you. You can request this by writing to admin@uk-parties.co.uk from the email address associated with the quotation request you originally placed with us. Please allow 5 working days for a response. The servers on which our website and databases are hosted are located in the UK.

We are unable to provide advertising listings for entertainment related services if you do not provide certain information to us.
